  1. Finding your place in the Cash Flow Quadrant is more important than choosing a specific profession. There are four quadrants: E-employee, S-Self-employed, or jobs with a payable commission like lawyers and doctors, I-investor, B-business entrepreneurs. Of course a person can make transitions between quadrants.
  2. Financial education should start from childhood. Parents can play Monopoly with kids to teach them about concepts: ordinary incomes, portfolio, passive income.
  3. Don’t give kids money as much as they like-leading to ‘entitlement mentality’. 要 ‘授人以鱼不如授人以渔‘。
